Silver Birch Hand Turned Wooden Vessel
Crafted from ash with a visible grain and natural edge. Each bowl is unique and shaped by hand on the lathe.
Born from the earth, refined by craft and care.
Combining traditional heritage tools with modern techniques, each piece is shaped by hand to reveal the natural beauty and unique character of the wood. Jack finishes his work with a homemade blend of beeswax, linseed oil, and lemon essence, creating pieces that invite touch and tell a story of place, time, and craft.
Based in Northamptonshire, Jack is a professional woodturner and furniture maker dedicated to working with locally foraged timber—usually fallen or storm-damaged wood found within walking distance of his home.
From new bowls taking shape to exhibitions across Northamptonshire, this is where I share what’s happening in the workshop and beyond.
